Standards and Protection Classes
Our product certificates are issued by SGS Supervise Gözetme Etüd Kontrol Servisleri A.Ş. (notified body no 2218), an approved body under (EU) 2016/425. Our management system certificates are issued by IQR International Certification Services.
O4 is occupational footwear under EN ISO 20347; it does not contain a toe cap. S4 is safety footwear under EN ISO 20345 and includes a safety toe cap with 200 Joule impact resistance.
Both have toe cap protection and penetration-resistant midsole. S5 refers to steel midsole, while S5L refers to non-metallic midsole. Our GRANOX series is certified as S5, our RHINO series as S5L class.
SR refers to slip resistance, HI to heat insulation, CI to cold insulation, and FO to outsole fuel oil resistance. All four features are included in our certificates as additional applications.
Safety footwear is certified according to EN ISO 20345:2022 and amendment A1:2024, work footwear according to EN ISO 20347:2022 and amendment A1:2024.
